1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

• Item must be unused and in new condition
• Must be in original packaging
• All accessories and parts must be included

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Event-use items
• Flood control products

These items can only be returned if completely unused and unopened.

4. Used or Incomplete Returns

Used, damaged, or incomplete items may be accepted with deductions or rejected completely at our discretion.

5. Return Charges

• Orders below AED 100 → AED 15 return fee
• Bulk / wholesale orders → AED 100–150 within city limits

These charges will be deducted from the refund.
